Preheat oven to 200°C and grease a 6-hole muffin tin. Melt the chocolate and butter together. Whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, then fold in the chocolate mixture and flour. Divide between the muffin holes and bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are set but the centres are still gooey.
