Method

1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a tart tin with the pastry sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla, pour into the pastry case, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake for 30 minutes until the custard is just set.
