Cook penne according to packet directions. While the pasta is cooking, heat a little oil in a pan and cook the chicken until browned. Add garlic and mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and bring to a simmer. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, stirring to combine. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
