Preheat oven to 200°C. Brown mince and onion in a pan. Stir in passata and simmer for 10 minutes. Layer mince mixture, lasagne sheets and ricotta in an ovenproof dish, finishing with a layer of mince topped with mozzarella. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
