Season the fish and prawns with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat (180\u00b0C). Cook the fish and prawns for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Add the calamari rings and cook for further 2 minutes. Stir in the capsicum and cook until it gets soft. Garnish with fresh coriander and squeeze lemon juice before serving.
