Preheat the oven to 190\u00b0C. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminium foil, lightly greasing it, and laying down thebarra, salmon, prawns and calamari. Scatter over the capsicum and spring onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then drizzle over olive oil. Roast until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 25 mins. Serve the seafood atop a bed of rocket leaves.
