Heat half the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the garlic until fragrant. Add the capsicum and cook until softened. Set aside. In the same pan, add remaining oil and cook the prawns, calamari, salmon and barramundi for about 4-6 minutes. Return the vegetables to the pan, add spring onion, soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
