In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk, egg, and half of the vanilla extract until smooth. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan, tilting it to cover the base. Cook for 2 minutes or until the crepe is ready to turn, then flip and cook for another 1 minute. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter. To make the creamy berry filling, stir the yogurt and the remaining vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
