Preheat oven to 220°C and grease two ramekins. Melt chocolate and butter together, then whisk in the sugar, followed by the egg and egg yolk, and finally fold in the flour. Pour into the ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the centre is still soft.
