Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease and line a loaf tin. Cream the spread and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Fold in the flour and milk. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 35-40 minutes. Once cool, slice the loaf. To make the icing, mix the cocoa and icing sugar with a little hot water to form a smooth paste. Spread the icing over each slice and sprinkle with coconut.
