Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and egg until well combined. Stir in the mini dark choc chips. Roll the mixture into 6 equal balls and flatten slightly on the baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool on the tray to firm up before serving.
