Method

Bring chicken stock and soy sauce to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the frozen dumplings and chopped Chinese broccoli, simmering for 5-6 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through and float to the surface. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles separately according to packet directions. Drain the noodles and divide between two bowls, then ladle the soup, dumplings, and greens over the top to serve.
